Under the chairmanship of Dr. Osama Ahmed Mohamed and the membership of Dr. Israa Younis Hadi, Dr. Zina Zuhair Muhammad Shit and Dr. Ali Adnan Yahya, the Committee of Seminars for the Public Law Branch met on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, and the draft of recording the thesis of the master’s student Kufan Muhammad Abdi was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf and the presence of members The teaching staff of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student studies in the branch of public law.
