On Saturday, December 31, 2022, Dr. Saja Omar Shaaban, one of the teachers of the Private Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the discussion of the master’s student, Diyana Muhammad Al-Qurna / Faculty of Law at Palestine Ahliya University, about her thesis tagged Judicial control over the arbitration process according to the Palestinian arbitration law / a comparative study The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree in private law, and this participation expresses the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic position enjoyed by the professors and teaching staff of our dear college and our ancient university.
