Master’s thesis in the branch of private law on the treatment contract with genetic engineering / a comparative study.
On Tuesday, February 7, 2023, the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on the genetic engineering treatment contract / a comparative study, part of which was attended by Professor Dr.
The thesis submitted by the student Azad Obaid Issa in the private law branch dealt with the scientific boom that the world witnessed and the scientific development in various fields of life, including the discovery of the genetic material DNA, which represents the genetic map that contains all the information pertaining to a living organism, as medical research in engineering Genetics led to the finding of many means to eliminate many diseases or mitigate their severity, and the treatment contract with genetic engineering is one of the unnamed contracts that is characterized by characteristics that distinguish it from other contracts.
The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, with membership of Prof. Dr. Yusra Walid Ibrahim, Assistant Professor Dr. Fathi Ali Fathi, and membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad.
