On Tuesday, 7 July 2026, the College of Law at the University of Mosul witnessed the defense of the doctoral dissertation entitled "Obstacles to Water Security Sustainability: A Study within the Framework of the Provisions of Public International Law", presented by the student Ahmed Zaki Habib Al-Khattabi, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ahmed Tariq Yassin.
