Staff member from the College of Veterinary Medicine publishes paper in an international journal

In the first study of its kind, Dr. Mohammad Osamah Dahl from theDepartment of Internal and Preventive, College of Veterinary Medicine published an artical in PLOS ONE, which focused on the epidemiological study of Brucella research in Mosul city over 40 years by the method of Meta-analysis. This journal ranks among the world’s best first quarter magazines (SJR: Q1) with a quotation Scopus CiteScore of 5.2.The study concluded that the disease increased among animals during the 40 years, and it appears that buffalo represents the highest species in terms of infection.
