The Department of Biology at the College of Education for Women – University of Mosul held an outstanding scientific discussion on Sunday, July 27, 2025, for the Master's thesis submitted by researcher Shahad Rafe Saeed Al-Sarraj, entitled:"The Impact of Heavy Metal Water Pollution on the Molecular Structure and Metabolic Pathway of Phenolic Compounds in Selected Species of Microalgae." The thesis sheds light on the biochemical effects of aquatic environmental pollution by heavy metals and its implications for the molecular composition and metabolic pathways of phenolic compounds in microalgae.
