The College of Education for Women, through the International Days Committee of the Human Rights Branch, solemnized International Migrants Day, which is on December 18th. The solemnization of this day began in 1990, when the UN admitted the agreement, which called for protection for the immigrants and their families. It is worthwhile to say that migration is a widespread phenomenon in the present, with nearly 150 million immigrants; around 18 million of them are there in the Arab world, according to the UN estimates. Most of those immigrants are victims of warfare.
