The University of Mosul / College of Administration and Economics – Department of Business Administration hosted, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, in Discussion Hall No. (1), the defense of a master’s thesis entitled:
“The Impact of Cognitive Capability on Organizational Winning: An Analytical Study of the Views of a Sample of Managers at Asiacell Telecommunications Company in Iraq.”
The thesis was presented by the student Mahdi Saleh Ramadan Atiyah Al-Jubouri.
The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between cognitive capability and organizational winning at Asiacell Telecommunications Company in Iraq, through analyzing the views of a sample of its managers and measuring the level of correlation and influence between the study variables.
The study reached several key findings, most notably:
There is a significant influence relationship, both at the overall and partial levels, between cognitive capability and organizational winning.
The results of the study aligned with the research hypotheses, confirming the importance of cognitive capability in achieving organizational excellence and success.
