The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul Discusses the Activation of the Smart Platform and Academic Work Requirements

The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, held a meeting chaired by Assist. Prof. Dr. Bashar Thaker Al-Qutji, Head of the Department, with the attendance of the department’s faculty members on Monday, March 9, 2026.
During the meeting, several academic and administrative matters related to the progress of work within the department were discussed. The participants emphasized the importance of completing the procedures required to activate the HEPIQ Smart Platform and following up on its operational requirements, as it represents an important step toward digital transformation and the development of academic and administrative performance.
The attendees also discussed mechanisms for addressing students’ cases in accordance with the latest directives issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Iraq. In addition, the meeting reviewed the issue of reducing lecture fees for evening studies in line with current regulations and circumstances.
Furthermore, committees were formed to supervise the competitive examination for postgraduate studies in the department.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Head of the Department stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation and working in a spirit of teamwork, which contributes to enhancing the scientific and administrative performance of the department and improving the level of services provided to the college’s students.
