The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Enhances Financial Awareness Through a Training Course on Managing Savings Portfolios

As part of its efforts to promote financial literacy and strengthen economic awareness among its staff, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, organized a free training course on Sunday, April 5, 2026, titled:
“How to Manage a Savings Portfolio in a Changing Economic Environment.”
The course was held at the Continuing Education Hall in the college’s deanship at 12:30 PM.
The course aimed to introduce participants to the best practical and scientific methods for preserving and diversifying personal savings, especially in light of economic fluctuations and ongoing changes in price levels, thereby helping to enhance individuals’ financial stability.
The session was delivered by:
Assistant Lecturer Abdulrahman Mohammed Ahmed
Lecturer Dr. Saif Abdullah Mustafa
Lecturer Dr. Rana Nizar Younis
They presented both theoretical and practical topics focusing on savings management methods, diversification strategies, and ways to adapt to economic risks.
The course was attended by a number of college staff members, who showed strong engagement with the topics through discussions and questions that enriched the session and reflected the importance of the subject.
This course is part of a series of activities organized by the Continuing Education Unit aimed at developing financial and economic skills and building institutional awareness capable of keeping pace with contemporary economic challenges.
