Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Concludes His Participation in Baghdad in the “Iraqi University Leaders Towards Excellence and Sustainability 2030” Program and Receives a Certificate of Achievement
Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jamil, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, concluded his participation in the specialized training program “Iraqi University Leaders Towards Excellence and Sustainability 2030,” which was organized by the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology / Ministry of Planning in the capital, Baghdad, from June 21 to 24, 2026, culminating his participation by receiving a certificate of successful completion of the program.
This participation came within the framework of the University of Mosul’s directives towards enhancing leadership capabilities and developing academic and administrative competencies, in a way that keeps pace with the requirements of modern university management and establishes a culture of strategic planning and institutional excellence.
The program included advanced pillars in the fields of national planning, strategic leadership, decision-making, institutional governance, and transformation and development management, as well as envisioning future insights for higher education, with the participation of an elite group of academic and administrative leaders from various Iraqi universities and institutions.
This participation confirms the keenness of the Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics to engage in qualitative national programs that contribute to developing institutional performance and enhancing the readiness of university leaders to keep pace with the requirements of sustainable development and future transformations in the higher education sector.
