​As part of its continuous efforts to develop infrastructure and elevate the quality of services provided, and under the direct supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammad Jamil, the college completed, on Thursday, July 30, 2026, the replacement of the main water tanks supplying the college’s buildings and gardens with a modern, higher-efficiency tank, within a development plan aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the service system and ensuring a continuous water supply to meet the college’s current and future needs.

​This project comes in response to the practical need to upgrade the water system, especially since the previous tanks had not been replaced since the founding of the college, necessitating rehabilitation and modernization works aligned with modern infrastructure requirements to boost overall service efficiency.

​On Tuesday, July 21, 2026, the Dean conducted a field tour accompanied by the Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Abdulrahman Zuhair Abdulqader, and the Head of the Administrative Services Division, Mr. Saad Aed, to review the progress of maintenance and rehabilitation works across several college facilities firsthand, and to oversee the project execution phases ensuring completion according to required technical standards.

​In a statement to the camera of the College’s Media and Government Communication Division, the Dean emphasized that the college deanship continues to closely and consistently monitor all facilities out of its dedication to providing an integrated university environment that keeps pace with development requirements and supports the academic and administrative journey.

​The tank replacement works were carried out in coordination with the Reconstruction and Projects Unit at the college, as part of ongoing efforts to modernize infrastructure and improve service efficiency, contributing to a more capable and sustainable university environment.
