​The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, a Master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Sustainable Leadership on E-Waste Management Practices,” presented by student Aya Bassam Abdul-Mahmood, in Examination Hall No. 1.

​The study aimed to provide a practical framework for managing electronic waste to transition toward a safe and sustainable environment through sustainable leadership capable of understanding future risks and challenges, as well as exploring the features of sustainable leadership that enhance e-waste management practices within the surveyed organization.

​The study concluded with several findings, most notably the existence of a significant and positive impact of sustainable leadership on e-waste management practices. It was also shown that most dimensions of sustainable leadership contributed clearly to enhancing e-waste management practices, confirming the importance of the leadership role in supporting sustainable environmental directions.
