The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul held the fourth session of the College Council for the academic year 2026–2027 on Monday, September 28, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jamil, Dean of the College, with the associate deans, heads of academic departments, and several administrative unit supervisors in attendance.

​The session covered a range of key academic and administrative matters, led by the admission plans for postgraduate programs (Higher Diploma, Master’s, and Doctorate) across all scientific departments for the 2027–2028 academic year. The council also discussed the approved academic backgrounds required for study subjects to ensure alignment with program standards and to elevate the quality of educational outcomes.

​Additionally, the council reviewed the study leave plan in light of active ministry instructions, emphasizing its alignment with the actual operational needs of doctoral programs to support scientific personnel and meet the college’s academic development requirements.

​The council concluded its session by addressing various agenda items, issuing the necessary decisions and recommendations in line with established context and guidelines.
