Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jamil, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, held a meeting on Sunday, November 1, 2026, with the heads of administrative divisions and units across the college. The meeting was attended by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salim Khalil Khalid, and the Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Abdulrahman Zuhair Abdulqader.

​The meeting covered several key organizational tracks, chief among them drafting comprehensive plans for the activities and achievements of divisions and units in alignment with institutional accreditation requirements, enforcing strict adherence to official working hours starting at 8:00 AM, and ensuring the daily archiving of official documents and correspondence.

​Emphasis was also placed on maintaining accuracy when drafting official letters and communications, alongside submitting copies to the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division to strengthen institutional documentation and elevate administrative efficiency.

​The session concluded with an open floor for participants to address practical challenges and notes, establishing immediate solutions to guarantee smooth performance and elevate overall work quality within the college.
