A Training Course at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul on Performance Management and Digital Transformation to Enhance Institutional Efficiency

The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul organized a free training course entitled “Performance Management and Digital Transformation.” The course was held on Tuesday and Wednesday, 10–11 March 2026, in Laboratory No. (3) at the Deanship building of the college, with the participation of a number of the college staff members.
The course aimed to highlight the importance of developing job performance in light of rapid digital transformations and to enhance the capabilities of staff in utilizing modern technologies and digital innovation in ways that contribute to improving institutional performance efficiency and increasing productivity.
The course program included a number of specialized scientific lectures. On the first day, the following lectures were delivered:
Lecturer Izzah Mustafa Abdul Qader presented a lecture entitled “The Role of Knowledge Management in Enhancing Accelerated Learning in the Era of Digital Transformation.”
Assistant Lecturer Bilal Tawfiq Younis delivered a lecture entitled “Digital Innovation in Production and Operations Management: From Artificial Intelligence to Industrial Transformation.”
The second day included the following lectures:
Lecturer Iman Ali Ahmed presented a lecture entitled “Performance Management: Planning, Monitoring, and Development.”
Assistant Lecturer Thania Ismail Dhunoon delivered a lecture entitled “Developing Auditors’ Skills in the Era of Digital Transformation.”
Assistant Lecturer Omar Saeed Abdullah presented a lecture entitled “The Role of Performance Management in Improving Productivity.”
This course comes as part of the college’s efforts to support continuous training and qualification programs, contributing to the development of the professional capabilities of its staff and enhancing their ability to keep pace with digital transformations in the university work environment.
