The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul Discusses a Higher Diploma Thesis on the Role of Green Knowledge Management in Enhancing Sustainability Dimensions

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, held the defense of a Higher Diploma thesis on Sunday, March 15, 2026, in Discussion Hall No. (1) at the college.
The thesis, entitled “The Role of Green Knowledge Management in Enhancing Sustainability Dimensions,” was presented by the student Safa Hikmat Ali Hussein Al-Qassab.
The study aimed to clarify the extent to which green knowledge management practices contribute to achieving the various dimensions of sustainability within organizations, represented by the economic, environmental, social, and technological dimensions.
The study highlighted several key findings, including:
The dimensions of green knowledge management were found to be present in the company under study, although at varying levels.
The level of availability of these dimensions was reflected in the degree of their impact on achieving the sustainability dimensions adopted in the study.
