The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Enhances the Implementation of the Bologna Process Through a Scientific Meeting to Follow Up on the Update of Its Four Appendices

Upon the directive of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jameel, a scientific meeting was held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Room No. (1). The meeting was chaired by the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, Associate Professor Dr. Salem Khalil Khalid, with the presence of the heads of the scientific committees in the college’s departments, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Sumaydi.

During the meeting, the four appendices of the Bologna Process were discussed, with an emphasis on the importance of updating them according to the approved academic standards, in line with the requirements for developing the educational process and achieving quality in the academic programs.

The meeting also featured scientific discussions that focused on the proper implementation mechanisms of the Bologna Process, stressing the need for coordination between the scientific departments to ensure accurate completion of the requirements, thus enhancing the efficiency of educational outcomes and improving academic performance in the college.

This meeting is part of the efforts of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul to keep pace with modern educational systems and strengthen the concepts of quality and academic accreditation in accordance with international standards.
