The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Signs Visiting Professor Contract with Academic from Malaysian University UNITEN to Enhance Scientific Cooperation and International Openness

The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammad Jamil, received Associate Professor Dr. Momen Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Hamami, a faculty member at the Malaysian University UNITEN, in his office at the college deanship on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, on the occasion of signing a visiting professor contract with the Department of Marketing Management at the college.

​This contract comes within the framework of the college’s orientation toward strengthening academic cooperation, opening up to international universities, and benefiting from the scientific and research expertise of visiting faculty members, thereby contributing to elevating the quality of education, scientific research, and academic exchange.

​Under the contract, the visiting professor will deliver two scientific activities open to all interested participants, as follows:

​A scientific lecture entitled: “Modern Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Reshaping Contemporary Marketing Thought,” on Sunday, August 9, 2026, in the Discussions and Meetings Hall of the Department of Marketing Management.

​A scientific workshop entitled: “Responsible Use of Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in Writing Academic Theses and Research,” on Monday, August 10, 2026, in the Discussions and Meetings Hall of the Department of Marketing Management, at 10:30 AM.

​The Dean of the College emphasized that attracting academic talent from international universities falls within the college’s strategy aimed at enhancing the academic environment, developing scientific and research skills, and building effective partnerships with international academic institutions to keep pace with global developments in the fields of management, marketing, and artificial intelligence.

​This cooperation reflects the college’s push toward boosting higher education quality and exchanging academic expertise with international universities, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

​The invitation is open to all faculty members, researchers, postgraduate students, and interested individuals to participate in the lecture and scientific workshop and benefit from their specialized scientific themes.
