The study aimed to clarify the concept of Islamic leadership and its role in enhancing employee inclusion within the organization, as one of the most prominent roles played by a Muslim leader through positively influencing employees and motivating them toward achieving organizational goals, in addition to uncovering the mediating role of workplace spirituality in explaining and reinforcing the relationship between Islamic leadership practices and organizational inclusion, and determining whether this mediation is full or partial.
The results of the study showed that Islamic leadership contributes directly to enhancing organizational inclusion by establishing values of piety, consciousness of God, ethical behavior, transparency, and fairness in dealing with employees, which positively reflects on employee satisfaction and organizational belonging.
