The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, Discusses a Master’s Thesis on the Role of Green Operations in Enhancing Customer Satisfaction

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday, August 17, 2026, a master’s thesis titled “The Role of Green Operations in Enhancing Customer Satisfaction,” submitted by the student Ayat Basil Saleh Al-Farha, in Discussion Hall No. (1).
The study aimed to analyze the role of green operations in enhancing customer satisfaction through an applied study at the General Company for Textile and Leather Industries / Waladi Garments Factory, and to demonstrate the impact of adopting eco-friendly practices on improving performance and enhancing the value provided to customers.
The results showed that adopting green operations contributes to improving the factory’s brand image among customers and stakeholders, and enhances its ability to provide added-value products and services of higher quality. This positively reflects on customer satisfaction levels and supports the organization’s competitiveness and performance sustainability.
