The Marketing Management Department at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, Discusses a Master’s Thesis on the Role of Predictive Marketing in Enhancing the Effectiveness of Marketing Decisions

The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Sunday, August 30, 2026, a Master’s thesis entitled “The Role of Predictive Marketing in Enhancing the Effectiveness of Marketing Decisions: Digital Twin as a Mediating Variable in the Telecommunications Sector,” submitted by the student Amna Yasser Mal Allah Al-Ma’adidi, in Discussion Hall No. (1).

​The study aimed to diagnose the nature of the correlation and impact between predictive marketing and the effectiveness of marketing decisions, while testing the mediating role of the digital twin in enhancing this relationship, thereby contributing to the development of marketing decision efficiency within the telecommunications sector.

​The findings revealed that the digital twin plays an effective mediating role in the relationship between predictive marketing and the effectiveness of marketing decisions. Statistical analysis demonstrated that introducing it as a mediating variable helped boost the positive impact of predictive marketing on raising the level of decision-making effectiveness within the surveyed company, confirming the importance of employing modern digital technologies to support marketing performance and decision-making.
