The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discusses a Master’s thesis on the impact of digital leadership on sustainable entrepreneurship.

The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, a master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Digital Leadership on Sustainable Entrepreneurship Mediated by the Success of Digital Transformation”, submitted by the student Rana Muhammad Mahmoud, in Discussion Hall No. (1).

​The study aimed to measure the impact of digital leadership on sustainable entrepreneurship, as well as to evaluate the mediating role of successful digital transformation in the relationship between digital leadership and sustainable entrepreneurship.

​The study reached a number of conclusions, most notably that the statistical analysis confirmed all hypotheses. The results indicated a statistically significant effect of digital leadership and its dimensions on enhancing sustainable entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the findings revealed a strong and statistically significant indirect effect of digital leadership on sustainable entrepreneurship through the mediating variable of digital transformation success, underscoring the importance of integration between digital leadership and digital transformation practices to achieve sustainable entrepreneurship goals.
