The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Sunday, September 27, 2026 the Higher Diploma research titled “Factors Influencing the Adoption of Smart Management: A Survey Study,” submitted by the student Nadia Abdulrazaq Ibrahim Ahmed, in Discussion Hall No. 1.

​The study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the adoption of smart management in the Mosul Municipality Directorate, as well as to highlight the importance of activating and utilizing smart management mechanisms to help develop institutional performance and enhance the efficiency of administrative work.

​The study concluded with several findings, most notably a strong trend toward adopting smart management in the surveyed organization. It also revealed relationships of correlation, impact, and integration among technological, organizational, environmental, and personal factors in adopting smart management, thereby enhancing the chances of its successful implementation and achieving its goals.
