Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jamil, in coordination with the Scientific Affairs Unit, the college held an academic workshop titled “Organizational Errors in Preparing Research Papers Submitted to International Journals Indexed in Scopus and Web of Science” on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, in Hall No. (1), presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Younis Al-Sabawi.

​The workshop focused on the primary organizational and formatting mistakes researchers encounter when preparing papers for international publication, offering methods to address them in line with the standards of reputable journals to enhance the quality of research output and improve its visibility in global databases.

​The session was attended by the Dean of the College and the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salem Khalil Khalid, alongside a number of faculty members and postgraduate students.
