The College of Archeology at the University of Mosul held a scientific lecture entitled
(Results of the work of the German University of Heidelberg mission in the ancient city of Nineveh)
Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Archaeology/ Assistant Professor Dr. Yasmine Abdel Karim Muhammad Ali, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Administrative Affairs.
On Monday, September 25, 2023, at Dr. Behnam Abu Al-Souf Hall in the college
It was delivered by Professor Stephen Maul/ Director of the Institute of Assyrian Studies at the University of Heidelberg in Germany. The presenter explained the stages that the mission accomplished during its work at the Tell of the Prophet Yunus and the most important results and discoveries it reached.
They also visited the College of Archaeology Museum building and the college library, and learned about the most important student activities, including drawing paintings and engraving on glass.
