Leadership within the Work Environment

In pursuit of continuous improvement and the enhancement of institutional performance, the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Mohammed Hazem Sheet, held a meeting in his office with the heads of the divisions affiliated with the Administrative Affairs Directorate on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. The meeting aimed to identify the most pressing requirements and to discuss the strategic plans for the current year.
During the meeting, the heads of the Administrative, Financial, Legal, and Human Resources divisions, along with the Reconstruction and Projects Unit, presented key proposals aimed at raising the quality of performance and operational efficiency. The session concluded with collective wishes for success and progress for all.
