A doctoral thesis in the College of Medicine discussed the effect of vitamin C on histological changes of the internal organs of adult male white rats used by tramadol. The thesis submitted by the student Rana M. Ahmed Khalil aims to study histological changes, chemical histological and microscopic measurements in the tissue of liver, kidney, and test under the influence of tramadol and the possible protective role of vitamin C. The thesis concluded that there are histological effects on the above-mentioned organs, and the apparent protective role of vitamin C.
