College of Medicine

Under the patronage of the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim, the Student Activities Division launched its first activities for the new academic year 2021-2022. On Sunday, 24th October 2021, the college championship matches of futsal for students were onset by holding the opening match that brought together the teams of third and fifth grades. The match resulted in a marvellous and impressive victory for the third grade with eight goals to one. On the following day, the second match was held between the teams of the fourth and second grades (B) where the match witnessed equality in terms of opportunities and level. In the end, the result was to the fourth grade by winning seven goals against five. The tournament is held in the individual drop system, and is refereed by the Division Officer, Assistant Prof Dr Muhammad Kh. Salih, and Assistant Lecturer Karam Mowaffaq.
