Vice dean on Dijla media

The Vice- Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh, Zubeer, in a Television Interview on Dijla TV ChannelDijla TV met with the Vice- Dean for Scientific Affairs to explain the medical opinion on the increase of air pollution by emission of toxic gases from vehicle exhaust and electric generator smoke based on the scientific symposium held by the Remote Sensing Centre in cooperation with the Environmental Research and Pollution Control Centre at the University of Mosul under the slogan “Clean Environment” And a Sustainable Reality” on Wednesday, 2nd November 2022.Iraq ranked fourth globally in terms of pollution rate. The Vice- Dean (specialist of community medicine) explained that the effect of these gases is mainly on the respiratory system causing bronchitis and an increase in cases of bronchial asthma. In addition, these gases are considered “carcinogenic” substances.
