The dean of the College of Pharmacy is participating in a special electronic meeting to discuss the new instructions on the qualification assessments of non-iraqi certificates of medical specialties
In reference to the instructions of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, his excellency Dr. Nabil Kadhim Abdul Sahib, on the activation of medical examination centres to assess the qualifications of non-iraqi degrees at the universities of (Basrah, Kufa and Kirkuk) and establishing new examination centres at the universities of (Mosul, Nahrin and Thi-qar), and with reference to the letter of the President of the Iraqi council for medical disciplines-the department of scholarships and cultural relations/office of the director-general at the ministry centre circulated on 23. 06. 2020 a number of proposals after considering the proposals received from the relevant universities. In order to discuss the proposed mechanism, the dean of College of Pharmacy at the University of Mosul , the Asst. Prof. Zina A. Al-Thanoon participated in an online meeting that included the deans of the Pharmacy Colleges and faculties of universities of (Mosul, Baghdad, Nahrain, Basrah, Kufa, Thi-qar and Kirkuk) on the evening of Friday June the 26th 2020. The meeting came up with some recommendations, which will be submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
