In the academic center for publication in Alexandria and the library of Arabic studies in the Sultanate of Oman: Assist. Prof. Dr. Adnan Khalaf Hamid and a faculty member Fanar Imad Khalil recently published a co-authored book entitled ” The Impact of Political Engineering on Foreign Policy: A Study of Selected Models”. It deals with the impact of political engineering on the success of state-building and it,s reflection on the foreign policy of international models such as(Rwanda, Singapore, Malaysia, and Brazil).
