Under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, the ministry is organizing a reading competition exclusively for undergraduate students in Iraqi government universities and private colleges, aged 30 and below. The ministry has allocated a sum of 100 million Iraqi dinars for twenty winners among the participating students. The winners will be selected through a draw from the top one hundred contestants who achieved high scores in the exam conducted by the competition administration for this purpose. The deadline for submission is August 15, 2023.
