Assistant Lecturer Raghad Nizar Said a faculty member of the International Relations Department at the College of Political Science University of Mosul has successfully defended her PhD thesis at Al-Nahrain University on the topic of “Multi-Track Diplomacy in U.S. Foreign Policy towards the Middle East”

On Tuesday, 8 October 2024, the thesis aimed to define various concepts related to diplomacy in general, while clarifying the concept of multi-track diplomacy, discussing its key principles, and exploring the mechanisms used in implementing a state’s foreign policy. Additionally, the thesis examined the dialectical relationship between diplomacy and foreign policy and the significance of the Middle East in U.S. foreign policy.

The College’s Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Tareq Mohammed Tayeb Zahir, along with the faculty and staff, extends their heartfelt congratulations and appreciation for this outstanding academic achievement, wishing her continued success and excellence in scientific, research, and academic fields, God willing.
