Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Al-Taie has officially assumed his duties as Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul during a formal handover ceremony with the former dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Tareq Mohammed Tayeb Dhahir, on Monday, 21 April 2025. The ceremony took place in a cordial atmosphere filled with affection, goodwill, and mutual respect.

On this occasion, the college staff (faculty members and employees) take the opportunity to express their gratitude and appreciation to the former dean for his dedication and efforts toward the college and the university as a whole. They also extend their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the newly appointed dean, hoping he continues the academic journey in the best possible manner and proves to be a worthy successor to a worthy predecessor, God willing.
