The Special Grades Unit, in cooperation with the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the University of Mosul, organized a workshop on the organization and arrangement of dossiers for holders of special grades. The workshop was held on Tuesday, 6 May 2025, and attended by heads of human resources divisions from various university units. Representing the College of Political Science, Mr. Firas Neamat Al-Saadi, Head of the Human Resources Division, participated in the workshop.

The workshop included a review of the mechanisms for organizing and arranging dossiers in accordance with ministerial directives, as well as a discussion of optimal methods for preserving and documenting administrative and employment-related data. Emphasis was placed on the importance of accuracy in data entry and the need for periodic updates to ensure efficient administrative workflows and prompt responsiveness to requests from oversight authorities.
