The Citizen Affairs Unit Officer of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Attends a Workshop on the Citizen E-Government System
The University of Mosul organized an awareness workshop entitled “The Citizen E-Government System” on Tuesday, 13 May 2025. The workshop was attended by the heads of the Citizen Affairs Units from various colleges, including the Officer of the Citizen Affairs Unit at the College of Political Science, Political Research Assistant Tuqa Mohammed Adnan.
The workshop aimed to shed light on the objectives of the system in enhancing transparency, improving the quality of public services, and empowering citizens to actively participate in evaluating governmental performance. It also presented the main components of the system, mechanisms for receiving complaints and suggestions through electronic channels, and the role of technology in supporting this governance approach.
