The Campaign to Combat Violence Against Women at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, Continues Its Activities

In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 5: Gender Equality, and in cooperation with the Studies and Planning Department / Sustainable Development Unit and the Women’s Affairs Unit (at the Presidency of the University of Mosul), the Women’s Affairs Committee at the College of Political Science has continued its activities as part of the ongoing campaign to combat violence against women.

On Sunday, 30 November 2025, several informational and awareness-raising posters related to the campaign’s objectives were displayed, aiming to reject violence and promote a culture of respect for women and their rights within society. In addition, the campaign’s orange-colored logo was distributed and worn by participants.

Overall, this activity falls during the framework of the Sixteen Days of Activism Campaign, which runs until 10 December 2025, God willing.
