In alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 5: Gender Equality—and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning/ Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the Department of Science and Technology Parks organized a training course titled “The Leadership Student” for the period from 7 to 9 December 2025.

The course consisted of several lectures delivered by a group of distinguished female faculty members from various university departments. Representing the College of Political Science, Lecturer Dr. Rasha Suhail Mohammed from the International Relations Branch participated in delivering the lectures.

The course aimed to develop leadership skills, build an active university personality, and enhance opportunities for academic and professional empowerment.

The course was held under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and supervised by the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jassim. It targeted graduates and female students.
