A scientific research paper by Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Moayad Al-Dabbagh, a faculty member of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, on Threat Management and Peacebuilding, was published in Hammurabi Journal of Studies

In line with the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions—and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the University of Mosul Presidency, Hammurabi Journal of Studies, issued by the Hammurabi Center for Strategic Studies and Research, published the scientific research of Dr. Younis Moayad Al-Dabbagh (in collaboration with Master’s student Sawsan Hassan Ahmed), titled: “The Concept of Threat Management and Regional Peacebuilding: A Theoretical Approach”, in December 2025.

The research aims to analyze the concept of threat management in the regional context and clarify its role in supporting peacebuilding pathways, by presenting a theoretical approach that contributes to a deeper understanding of crisis containment mechanisms and enhancing regional stability.
