Dr. Abdul Shater Abdul Rahman, a faculty member of the Public Policy Department at our College, has been granted an academic promotion from the rank of Lecturer in Modern and Contemporary European History to the rank of Assistant Professor, effective February 19, 2026.

On this occasion, the College Deanery extends its congratulations to Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Shater Abdul Rahman and warmly commends him on his well-deserved academic promotion.
