Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, Rector of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, Dean of the College of Political Science, and in cooperation with the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, the College of Political Science is organizing a scientific seminar entitled “Scientific Promotions: A Step Towards Comprehensive Academic Reform and Knowledge Quality.”

The seminar will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, in the Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jalili Hall at the University of  Mosul.
