Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, Dean of the College of Political Science, the Department of International Relations, in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning and the Continuing Education Unit, held a scientific seminar entitled “Strategies of Balancing Powers and Their Role in Changing the Unipolar System” in the College’s Conference and Discussion Hall on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
