Assistant Lecturer Mezar Fares Al-Jarba, a faculty member of the Department of International Relations, published a “Position Paper” at Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies regarding the first month of the American-Israeli war on Iran, on April 9, 2026. In the paper, he addressed the nature of the conflict’s transformation in the region into a war of attrition that alters the balances of the Middle East. This scientific contribution comes in response to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly (Goal 4: Quality Education).
