Publication of a Research Paper on the Nature of Relations Between Iran and the United Arab Emirates

Associate Professor Dr. Younis Muayyad Younis, a faculty member in the Department of International Relations at our college, published a research paper entitled “The United Arab Emirates and Iran: Between the Geographical Dilemma and the Dramatic Shift in Relations” at Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies on Sunday, April 19, 2026.

The research paper examined the reflection of geographical proximity on the fluctuating nature of relations between the United Arab Emirates and Iran, according to the concept known as the “Frenemy.” The significance of this scientific contribution lies in its alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education).
