The respected Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Aziz Al-Shawi, Rector of Al-Nahrain University, awarded a Letter of Congratulations to Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Faisal Ali, a faculty member of the Department of Public Policy at our college, on the occasion of obtaining his Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) in Political Science / Political Systems and Public Policies. In the letter, the President expressed his pride in the scholarly efforts exerted in the lecturer’s academic endeavors in service of our beloved country.
