The respected Associate Professor Dr. Khairallah Sabhan Abdullah, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs at our college, participated as an external examiner in the doctoral dissertation defense committee of the postgraduate student, Hassan Abdul-Hamza Hamoudi.

The student defended his Ph.D. dissertation titled:

“Multipartyism and Its Impact on the Stability of the Turkish System After 1942”

The defense took place at the Al-Alamein Institute for Postgraduate Studies in the Holy Najaf Governorate on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. This academic participation comes within the framework of responding to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
