A Faculty Member from the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Earns Five Ministry-Accredited Certificates through the Eduba Platform

In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions—and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, Dr. Ali Bashar Bakr, Lecturer in the Department of International Relations at the College of Political Science, has been awarded five certificates of completion accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the Eduba platform, after successfully completing a series of specialized training courses in scientific research and academic publishing.

The completed courses covered a range of advanced topics, including Publishing in High-Quality Indexed Journals, How to Write a Research Paper from the Reviewer’s Perspective, Reasons for Research Article Rejection and Strategies for Avoiding Them, Key Considerations for Writing and Publishing a Review Article, and the Bologna Process in Iraqi Universities.

These achievements reflect the College’s commitment to continuous professional development, strengthening academic and research competencies, keeping pace with the latest standards and best practices in scholarly publishing, and enhancing the quality of academic research in accordance with the strategic directions of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
