In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Goal 4: Quality Education; the journal Redescriptions: Political Thought, Conceptual History and Feminist Theory, published by Helsinki University Press (Finland), has published a scientific research paper authored by Assistant Professor Dr. Laith Muzahim Khudhair, a faculty member in the Department of Public Policy at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul. The paper is entitled:

“Contributions of Antonio Negri in Building the Theoretical Foundations of Autonomous Marxism.”

The study examines the contributions of the Italian thinker Antonio Negri to establishing the theoretical foundations of Autonomous Marxism by analyzing his philosophical and political ideas and demonstrating their influence on the development of this intellectual approach as one of the most prominent contemporary critical currents in political thought. The research also highlights the theoretical implications of Negri’s ideas for the study of the state, power, and social movements.

The publishing journal is regarded as a prestigious international academic periodical specializing in political thought, conceptual history, and feminist theory. It is published by Helsinki University Press and is indexed in Scopus with a Q1 ranking, as well as in the Clarivate Web of Science Core Collection, reflecting its distinguished international academic standing. The paper appeared in Volume 29, Issue 1, on 14 July 2026.
