In pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning/Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the President of the University, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, issued a letter of appreciation to the Head of the University Psychological Counseling Division at the College of Political Science, Lecturer Dr. Shaimaa Nazim Al-Obaidi, on 29 September 2026. The letter was issued in recognition of her dedicated efforts in performing her duties with utmost devotion and sincerity and carrying them out to the fullest.

For its part, the College Deanship congratulated Dr. Al-Obaidi on this recognition, wishing her and all the College’s teaching and administrative staff continued excellence and success, God willing.
